RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All made to order rugs are considered final sales. You should report any stains, miss construction or if any damage appears during transit please report immediately within 1-3 days. Rugs must be unused, unwashed, and in original form all original packing labels must be attached. All sales and items are nonrefundable. If there is a defect in the materials an issue for replacement can be done or store credit. The original must be shipped back in order for replacement or store credit along with photos of damages. If any question or concerns please email tufted000@gmail.com. We are not liable for damages due to customs/weather or carrier issues. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once received we will inspect your return and will notify you of approval or rejection. Any remade items can take up to 1-2 weeks with no additional fees. Tracking number will be provided once order is completed.
