Turnaround time is affected by the timing of your order and the complexity of your design. Generally, you can expect a turnaround of 6-7 days, plus shipping time. Please note orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day. During peak periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, order volume may increase significantly; therefore, we recommend placing your orders well in advance for time-sensitive gifts. Additionally, guaranteed delivery services may not be honored during holiday weekends due to high demand. Once your order is shipped, you can track its progress in real-time to stay informed of any potential delays. Shipping notifications will also be sent following your order placement.
